Elsa, Oriol, Juan, Edie, Ángeles, and Salvador are patients, doctors, and researchers who daily, from different perspectives, confront the same problem: a model of research and development of medications that is utterly broken.

It is an impeding system, where only one out of three people have access to the medications that they need. It is a system that chooses not to invest in researching illnesses that are unprofitable. It is a system that imposes excessively high prices on new pharmaceuticals, putting at risk the sustainability of health systems. It is a system that imposes strict rules on intellectual property rights, impeding the development of medications for global illnesses like cancer, HIV, or hepatitis C.

THE METHOD OF RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT IS UNJUST AND UNSUSTAINABLE, BUT THE SOLUTION IS FOUND IN POLITICS.

Help us to put pressure on the political parties so that during the upcoming elections they are convinced to change this broken system.

#DaleVoz (Give a voice) to Elsa, Oriol, Juan, Edie, Ángeles, Salvador, and to the multitude of others who day by day are confronted by the barriers placed by the current model of research and development of medicines.
